Alpine Homes has been building homes in Utah since the mid 90's. They certainly have enough experience to either be responisible, respectible and honest. Instead, they have chosen to be dishonest, unscrupulous, and condescending all just to make an extra buck. They take advantage of the consumer's disposition and have the audacity to promise things and then retract them without even a phone call to explain why. Alpine Homes has a reputation among all the owners of these homes as a company that cuts corners and does the minimum just to get the home to pass. If it fails the stress test after you and they have signed the papers they take no responsibility unless it is their legal obligation.
